What was once a rundown, permanent residential apartment is now a light-filled beachfront retreat, styled for relaxed coastal living and ready for personal holiday accommodation use.

A fresh coat of white paint sets a bright, airy backdrop, while new light timber flooring runs through the open living space to bring warmth and a laid-back coastal feel. In the living room and hallway, a square profile feature wall ties it all together, adding texture and a considered finishing touch. A new split system air conditioner keeps the apartment comfortable year-round.

The bathrooms were completely reimagined. Once a combined laundry and bathroom, they are now two separate, beautifully modernised spaces, each with its own sense of calm. The result is a refreshed, coastal 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, ready for holiday use.

We were fortunate to be involved from the very beginning, from our clients’ purchase of the property through to quoting, planning, design concepts, colour palettes and material selections.
