Entire Renovation

We are super excited to share with you all the completion of this 3 + bedroom apartment we have recently renovated opposite the gorgeous Greenmount Beach in Coolangatta. This project was completed within three months and our Gold Coast based clients are super happy with the result.

When we first walked into this apartment, we were surprised at how dark it was, most walls were painted in deep purple, brown tone and 3 of the main wall areas of the apartment were covered in a dark decorative wallpaper. The ceilings were also painted in dark tones.

We not only renovated this apartment we refurnished it to. The original furniture pieces complemented the dark aesthetic, so they needed to go to make way for new coastal pieces we curated. We offered options to our clients with our detailed Mood Board services offering many options to complement the space.

Our client’s vision for their new holiday home matched ours, we wanted to lighten the apartment up, and liven it up too with a modern coastal vibe.

We were involved in every step of the process. We worked closely with our clients in designing the cabinetry for the new kitchen and we refurbished the cabinetry in the bathrooms. We enjoyed designing the custom TV cabinet also. We helped our clients with all the material selections that were made to transform this once tired dark apartment. We project managed the entire renovation and coordinated all trades until the project was completed.

Our team ensured that every detail of the renovation was perfect, resulting in an apartment that is both beautiful and functional. From start to finish, we worked diligently to create a space that our clients will love and enjoy for years to come.
