A full apartment transformation, reimagined from the ground up, this riverside residence now blends warmth, texture, and effortless coastal sophistication in every room.

The heart of the home is a completely reconfigured kitchen, dining, and living space, anchored by a striking island bench finished in Vadara engineered stone with a fluted Steccawood barback that adds depth and tactility to the space. A square-set tile splashback and warm-toned cabinetry bring the design together. At the same time, brand new flooring runs seamlessly throughout the apartment, unifying every room in a soft, natural timber tone. Curated with a considered mix of natural oak furnishings, from a round dining setting to sculptural pendant lighting and layered greenery, the living space feels both elevated and effortlessly liveable.

Throughout the apartment, oak handles were fitted to every wardrobe, tying the joinery back to the home’s broader material palette and reinforcing a warm, cohesive aesthetic from room to room.

The bathrooms follow the same refined approach, featuring clean white herringbone tiling paired with natural stone flooring and shower surrounds for a timeless, textural finish. Custom-built vanities from Designer Bathrooms Plus, finished with warm oak joinery and brushed nickel fittings and fixtures throughout, complete the space with a sense of understated luxury,  a true retreat within the home.
